    ALEXANDRE LAVET

The work of Alexandre Lavet acts discreetly, avoiding the spectacular and decorative effects, in the face of the recurring overflow of artistic productions. He strives to produce works simulating objects and other accessories usually seen in the exhibition halls without really paying attention. Of sober nature and chameleons his sculptures, paintings, drawings, acts, or sound pieces adjust to the characteristics of the place in which they act.

Alexandre Lavet was born in 1988 in Clermont-Ferrand (France). He lives and works in Brussels (Belgium).
